It is directly concerned with the daily essential issues of citizens and is constantly striving to provide them with all types of services and facilities. Along with providing fundamental services such as sanitation, water, roads, fire services, health, and hospitals, the Municipal Corporation also offers amenities such as spacious grounds, libraries, and public gardens. As a part of its efforts to reach every citizen and ensure their participation, Ahilyanagar Municipal Corporation has launched an updated website.<\/span><\/p>\n

As you are aware, the world is progressing rapidly. With the help of computers and internet facilities, we can now establish direct contact with any corner of the world. The city of Ahilyanagar has achieved comprehensive development in various fields such as art, sports, education, science, industry, trade, research, social work, and politics. This website is an integration of such diverse records. It is an attempt to present consolidated information about the city\u2019s history, various departments of the Municipal Corporation, important events, and more. Information about the various departments and schemes of the Municipal Corporation is available on the website. Information regarding different government schemes and campaigns has also been made accessible, along with links to websites of various government departments provided through the Ahilyanagar Municipal Corporation\u2019s website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ahilyanagar Municipal Corporation is continuously working for the health, services, and safety of its citizens. In return, citizens pay various taxes. To facilitate this, services have been made available on the website for the convenience of the common citizens. The citizen charter, information about the city, the annual budget, and other important details are accessible on the website. To ensure that citizens receive updated information on important notices, announcements, civic services, and other matters, the Municipal Corporation has also launched a WhatsApp Channel, the QR code for which is available on the website.<\/span><\/p>\n

Various services notified under the Maharashtra Right to Public Services Act have been made available on this website. Additionally, citizens can pay various taxes or fees through the website, which will help save their valuable time and reduce physical and mental inconvenience.<\/span><\/p>\n

The website of the Ahilyanagar Municipal Corporation has been developed in both Marathi and English languages. I will make my best efforts to enhance the quality of services provided to the citizens of Ahilyanagar. I will strive to bring greater transparency and accountability through the e-governance system.
