Introduction regarding work:

Participation in the work being done through the Ward Committee as per the instructions of the Hon'ble Government of March 2009 in the campaign to remove unauthorized constructions, encroachments, obstacles, etc. within the limits of Ahilyanagar Municipal Corporation.

Action taken as per the orders in various public interest petitions and submission of completion reports.

Taking action against unauthorized hoardings, flexes, banners, etc. during festivals and other times. Election code of conduct work.

Daily postal, government correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, Right to Information work related to the department.

Before the monsoon, smooth the flow of water by removing obstacles and encroachments in the major streams, drains, riverbeds within the municipal limits.
